morris dicks5 StarThe entire team at Santex Building Company is very knowledgeable and professional. Javier and Chris have a lot of experience dealing with insurance companies. We were very nervous since the first offer from the insurance company was so low, and we were not sure how we were going to make all the repairs needed. However, after Santex went to work on preparing the proper documentation and backup for their scope of work to the insurance company. I authorized them to contact the insurance company, and the insurance company tried to use stall tactics. Santex stood its ground, and they were very quick to respond to the demands of the insurance company and their re-inspections. They made our insurance claim painless. Thank you for helping us through the insurance repair process. The project that was delivered by Santex Building Company was amazing and they delivered top-of-the-line craftsmanship.
